Returns and Exchanges
Lazy Daisy Creations aims to provide you with quality handmade clay items and we want to ensure you are always satisfied with your product
However, unfortunately sometimes some products can be damaged during shipping. If this is the case, Lazy Daisy Creations requires you to contact us via email at info@lazydaisycreations.com.au for a refund or exchange to be arranged.
Lazy Daisy does not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind and will offer a exchange or refund on a case by case basis for any products presenting any major manufacturing problems.
Lazy Daisy does not accept responsibility for exchange or refund on items broken or damaged during use.
Product Care
Clay is a very strong and durable medium, however it is not indestructible. Please handle all your pieces very delicately and with great care as some pieces (especially the delicate petals) could snap if enough pressure is applied.
Please avoid leaving any clay products in direct sunlight as any glued parts may become loose when exposed to heat.
Shipping and Delivery
Handmade and made to order items may take up to 10 business days to be made and shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Taxes and Import Charges
Lazy Daisy Creations does not take responsibility for any extra taxes or import charges that may occur upon arrival at destination countries. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any additional taxes from their home country.
